Please inspect your saplings upon delivery. If there is any transit damage (broken stems, crushed root balls, or diseased foliage), simply send a photo on WhatsApp to +91 86052 54532 or email support@puneplantstore.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, our team will dispatch a fresh replacement sapling on the very next dispatch slot with priority delivery at no additional charge.
If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, we will credit 100% of the affected item amount back to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
